What to do if you see a spam message on EBTF

Reporting spam
Last night I reported this user's messages as spam, but nothing has been done so far - on the contrary the user was able to go on spamming.
How do you handle this reportings? Who is responsible for deleting spam? Should we stop reporting spam?
If I reported a message there hasn't been a notification until now if you dealt with the reported message, although I checked the notification button. Why?

Hi Magpie,
By all means, please continue to report if you see spam messages. We are handling these asap and I'm deactivating the accounts to avoid them from using it again or recreating the account after deletion. I'm regularly doing some proactive checks on accounts.
If you see things really getting out of hand, try sending a pm to me, that will alert me faster.
Greetzz,
Craco

But he's a funny one. Inflatable Chinese toys. Yeah, I'd like to get a trainload of those, please.

My NIG stats have finally disappeared. My EBTST stats are still available.

There are 3 spams on the Eurobilltrackers users forum since yesterday morning.
Re: What to do if you see a spam message on EBTF
User Enca is spamming our forum with ads for his eurocoinsite. It's getting annoying.

So, you believe that because Melitikus has been spamming, it allows you to start spamming. A message has been sent to Melitikus in order for him not to contiue this way ; therefor please also respect this forum.ENCA wrote:Sorry I have not been spamming...!

Yes you have. There's no need to advertise your website on every subforum. This message was placed appropriately to the Euro-Notes and Coins Board, I have no problems with that. However, posting English messages to the national forums feels excessive.ENCA wrote:Sorry I have not been spamming...!

As long as we are able to post without logging in this is going to be the reality every now and then. I would say make a sort of guestbook inside the site, and stop allowing users(or bots) to post without logging in.Crazy Bob wrote:Lots of spam today...
