Lula is the candidate to the presidency of Brazil! yes, last week there were elections, but the second round is only in 27th October. This is the 4th time Lula is a candidate, and for Brazil's and World's good fortune I hope he wins now!

I thought this elections were having a big media coverage world wide, not only in the lusophone area

There was a small media coverage in Holland, only a few words on the radio.

I believe his score in the first round was 47%

World media don't give Brazil the attention it deservs, only remember Brazil to talk about Football or Carnival, but you can be sure Brazil is going to be one of the major world powers in this century...
