(ANSA) - Rome, July 26 - Fallen Italian soccer giants Juventus are planning to appeal to the administrative courts, after failing to have their relegation to Serie B for match-fixing overturned. The Turin outfit are the only one of the four clubs found guilty by soccer's judicial system that will have to start next season in the second division .
Lazio and Juventus, which were also relegated at the first Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC) tribunal, have been reinstated to the top flight on appeal with penalties of 11 and 19 points respectively .
AC Milan, which got off with a 15-point penalty at the first FIGC tribunal, won back their place in the European Champions League on appeal and saw the penalty cut to eight points .
"We have no intention of being the scapegoat for this whole affair," said Juventus Chairman Giovanni Cobolli Gigli .
"The sentence cannot be considered a balanced one, in the light of the facts that have emerged .
"We won't stop until justice has been done in order to protect the interests of our extraordinary supporters, our shareholders and naturally the soccer championship". Juventus have been hit hardest because the club's former general manager, Luciano Moggi, was the alleged mastermind of a network set up to steer matches in some clubs' favour .
Despite winning back their places in Serie A, Lazio and Fiorentina were not satisfied with the lighter sentences either and continued to protest their innocence. The two clubs' lawyers are considering appealing to the administrative courts as well .
Fiorentina owner Diego Della Valle said he will continue the legal battle until "they give us back our place in the Champions League", which Fiorentina qualified for by finishing fourth in Serie A last season .
This, however, is probably a futile battle, as UEFA's deadline for registration for next season's European club competitions expires Wednesday .
In contrast, AC Milan Chairman and former premier Silvio Berlusconi is "satisfied" with the ruling, according to club lawyer Marco De Luca. Milan Deputy Chairman Adriano Galliani said the club "will not make any further appeals" even though he viewed the punishment as excessive .
Galliani said, however, that he will appeal against a nine-month suspension from the sport for his alleged part in the web of corruption .
Several Italian newspaper editorials argued the appeal rulings were reasonable .
But some figures in the game suggested they were too soft .
Veteran coach Carlo Mazzone said Italian sports fans would now be better off "taking a trip to the lake rather than going to see soccer matches".

we have received back a "scudetto" because Juve and Milan have had -30 pts of penalty last season(according to the olympic rule) but it is not enough!
