Being from Slovenia, I can explain why it is so fun to participate in the EBT. Namely, all of the euro notes that we have have already been abroad, since Slovenia didn't print any of them (yet?). So it's much easier to get international hit without getting even out of the hometown, than it is in the older Eurozone countries. If you look at international hits involving Slovenia, you can see that the considerable majority of them is from some other country to Slovenia. ECB shuffled the notes quite nicely for us. So I don't think that the popularity of EBT in Slovenia will decline, I'm just curious if Slovenia will ever overtake France, or stay ahead of the countries that are yet to join in Eurozone (Estonia comes to my fearful mind).
