Just to know... I think it's an italian note

It's written:
Sandwich
Hamburger (even in italian is with H but he seems to have forget it!)
Mozzarella (italian cowmilk cheese typically produced in center south italy)
Stracchino (another kind of soft cheese fat and veeeery creamy!)
Rocket
Parma ham

That is a beautiful tag on a banknote. Under the tag is a there is something written. Is that the name of the publisher?
