First of all, thank you for the appreciation shown for the Public Serial account.
My first concern is to get all the 'Public Serials' on the so called 'Black List' entered in the account.
Which is a hell of a job, considering that a lot of these serials are reported without denomination, and there are LOTS of serials listed all together, going years back!
I'd like to take this opportunity to ask all of you, if you come across a Public Serial, don't enter the note yourself, but instead send me a PM, or mail me at contact@eurobilltracker.com, with the denomination, serial, and location (web-adress, newspaper etc) .
Translation of the account-signature will get my attention as soon as I've completed the backlog, hope you understand.
(but thank you Jes, I will scroll back here to get the Spanish translation as soon as I'm done!

to 1) : I was thinking the same: I guess it will not last very long before evidences will show up

to 2) : I don't believe: proximity and low inhabitants density of that region can explain that (remember Helmbrechts); even in more dense regions like Antwerp, if ebters live very close to each other, it can happen (like Pdlm and regor in Antwerp/Hoboken)
