I assume the first part that this hit (eurofinland hitting euro-finland) is not to be taken seriously?

Dunno if this hit really is suspicious, in my opinion it's at least strange:
https://en.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=108019228" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
beaweb claims this note to be uncirculated ("druckfrisch") as of yesterday, but the serial has already been entered by a user called "Dr. Westphall" in April 2011. This user has only been active from Feb to Sep '11, having entered an average of 115 notes per day during that period. Enough to investigate?

He is entering notes in Germany while living in
Nauru. Of course there can be valid reasons for this, but the funny thing is that he moved to Nauru shortly after being criticized some time ago.

I think Dr. Westphall and some other Users are suspicious. We talked about them last year
here in german language.

This old hit by
tintin6971 should be moderated, as it is a hit into consecutive series (
previous note,
next note, in same series).

Please check user Markuz:

He seems to enter public serials, as most of hits have a website (ikea.de, rewe.de etc.) as comment. Also, he has such a hit with user "Dr. Westphall", who as stated above looks quite suspicious to me.

Looking at the hit partners he seems to be a note collector exactly like Jarci and Spartan1964
