after moderation team and cleaning girls team, shall we need a "country correcting team"

That's exactly what I was going to point out too: it is not a single user who is pissing off us. Must probably someone who registers different users to this purpose.

Yeah, it's possible to find a part of a bundle in Munich and then find bills coming from that same bundle in Istanbul within a short period of time. It's also possible to win the lottery and get hit by a meteorite on the same day. It's not very likely though.
