result from selling/buying bills to other collectors who also register them on ebt (or/and on eurotracer) : they are not random at all !!!
The last hits of today (spartan1964) cannot be UNC.

indeed, but they are surely in UNC condition, because they circulate only btween them (selling/buying/exchanging) , become also sometimes public when one of them publishes a catalog , etc....

Why the €€€-collectors CAN'T introduce their notes into EBT ? Is it forbidden, an-148 ?
Of course not, they can introduce their notes into EBT, but if a Hit is occured by buying some notes (via selling-websites, €€€-collectors...), that will be logically moderated - NOT deleted.

About me (because I have had Hits with spartan1964, and two today) : I'm NOT €€€-collector, only a single purchaser for one of the most & the known €€€-collector - who also writes VERY interesting bokks about €€€-notes :D He (this collector) knows that I introduce ALL notes into EBT (all notes that I find into ATM's, banks, supermarkets, into my bus...), and I have seen into spartan1964's Hits listing that he have made a Hit ! 8O

For me, that would be UNC notes - Why ? Because the two Hits occured between spartan1964 & me have also occured into eurotracer.net...but with ANOTHER location ! 8O EBT = Trencin (SK :flag-sk: ) <- vs -> ETR = Reims (FR :flag-fr: ) ! Has he gone to the above €€€-collector's house ? Or has he bought directly the notes with sending (by post) between FR & SK ? Wait and see...

nobody ever spoke about deleting :wink:

as for moderation, just have a look to my link: the hits are not moderated (if they would be, we were not able to see them :wink: )

I have my doubts about this hit by spartan1964: http://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=31451983" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Did he buy this note from a French EBT-er who has kept it in his collection for almost 6 years? I think it's more likely a fake hit.

This hit is the same story with a German EBT-er: http://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=122996373" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

probably yes. All today's hit users are collectors, and how else could he get the serials?
They should all be moderated

There's one rule that applies to this situation:
ebt FAQ wrote:You shouldn't enter a note if you know in advance that it has already been entered by someone else. For example, if the note was received from a relative or a friend who is also a member of EBT, the note shouldn't be entered again at all.
So if you receive a note from a known note collector AND if you know he uses EBT too, you should not enter it.

Oef ! :mrgreen:

For your information, I have asked moderation about "last" Spartan1964 AND "first" Fadel's Hits with me : they are now all moderated - not deleted ;)

They should all be moderated
a) about your opinion, androl, yes I agree : all spartan1964's Hits should be moderated - especially with €€€-collectors.
b) about luckbox's doubts : I am quite sure that spartan1964 have bought / exchanged some €€€-notes with this :flag-fr: EBT-er (yes, you can find this person also in spartan1964's Hit list).
c) I have personnaly asked moderation for my last Hits with spartan1964 (moderation done ;) ) : as explained above, I am NOT €€€-collector, just only a purchaser of the :flag-fr: EBT-er.

The :flag-fr: EBT-er has introduced €€€-notes into EBT until 2007-2008 : now, he introduces only in another €€€-tracking website.
For my case, I have exchanged €€€-notes with him but he doesn't know if the €€€-notes received from him have already inroduced into EBT by another User - so I introduce these €€€-notes : if these notes are Hits in fact, I ask immediately moderation - and I do the same for €€€-notes found by another €€€-collector (like spartan1964 and Fadel).

user romeotango is a problem, he's maybe not a faker, but maybe very dislexic and makes many typos:

hit in serie: https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=123055396" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(I recall this moderated hit on my request: https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=87910683" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; => the bill was still in my possession when he registered it :D )

if he's not a faker, can you, at least, delete the bills where the "mistake" is evident : than he will not be considered as a faker, but at least, the database will not contain wrong copied numbers of bills

I did the same with my bill from Weiswampach: scan and sending :wink: : this bill is circulating somewhere in Slovenia - or somewhere else in the meantime: as long as there is no new registering of the bill, it will "sleep" moderated: but what if it becomes triple ???

the best solution would be to delete the bills where the mistake is evident (without any judjement about the user himself)

In the meantime...

Anino (170679): 2166 notes deleted
Joaquim Aleixo (134852): 1 note
Cote (71914): 50 notes

Hmm, I don't really know what to make of this:
I entered a P/X :note-100: https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=98796892" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
This is now a hit, but entered as a J/X :note-100: https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=123286851" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The user has 134 notes and 2 hits.

Or am I too suspicious?

Checked this user and it seems a single typo.
