Please look at some Hits (not ALL Hits !) of User "Jarči" (169568)

Maybe a little more suspicious than that. How likely is for someone in Slovakia to find 200 V/V notes in a row, including a hit with a public serial? As far as I know, V/V weren't sent to Slovakia, and I doubt a collector (which Jarči claims to be) would ask a friend to send him 200 notes.

These hits, made by spartan1964 aren't hits in series, but I think it's very unlikely that 5 of the entered 11 are hits with this long time-span. BTW, if you look at the comment of for example this hit it's more unlikely: even for a it would still be UNC after more than 3 years????????

Eddy, this is NOT the 1st time that I have some Hits with this well-knowm €€€-collector, this is NOT the 1st time I ask to MODERATE ALL these Hits (mines' Hits) because...spartan1964 deals with a very well-known €€€-collector / searcher / writer AND fcbruges & myself are "purchasers" of the guy AND spartan1964 has really had these notes...in Reims ! It's just a mistake. The user is Portuguese, probably from Aveiro, in which region, according to his map, his notes are registered. That's what happens if you press the tab key and then blindly write Aveiro (again).

The automatic EBT location system has found a sibling and placed the note correctly in Portugal (on the map).

I actually don't know what us geomanagers should or can do in such a case. As far as I know, nothing without getting in touch with the user.

I noticed your remark about my small Latvian trip in the EBT forum and I agree – my actions seem to be strange or even suspicious. But let me clear this out. I had a small road trip with my friend (who is not an EBT user) in the northern part of Latvia and I had the intention to collect some new dots as well. But unfortunately it’s almost impossible to change some euro notes in these small places at weekends . My friend offered, that he gives me some brand new 5 euro notes, if I wanted them. I thought about it and decided, that this tracking style is not brilliant, but on the other hand it is not against rules. I obtained the note in Latvia and I entered this note correctly at this point. After that I repeated this operation in some other small Latvian towns and villages. All notes were entered by phone strictly in places, where I got the notes. You can even check the time difference between different locations.
