We could also speculate that PinPon, repeated a fee times makes, PinPonPinPonPinPon and to me that sounds a lot like a fire engine i.e. "Pompier"(s).
But hey...just with this phonetic guess, is it enough to accuse the users of any wrong doings? Possibly not.

In my "humble" opinion, he can be easily "fabricated", do I make myself clear now.
In this "game" you don't have to study at the University to be "creative".

not suspicious for inventing bills, but for creating hits.
1. exchange of bills (at least with me and LArdennais) on mini-meeting in Liège on 10 and 11 December 2011 : declared purpose: drop them in his region.
2. some times later, those bills are registered by him in Stockholm: only 2 bills registered and 2 hits with those bills from the meeting !!!!!!!! in Stockholm : what an exceptionnal coincidence!
3. I ask for moderation of my hit with him.
4. the support team moderated not only my hit, but also the other one (which I didn't ask for, but seemed evident to the support team)
5. what a divine surprise a few month later : the moderated hit became triple and unmoderated: Luxemburg-Sweden-Andorra !!! I suspected he knows personnally the third user and, because there is no other way to get rid of this constructed hit, I asked for deleting my original registration in Luxemburg (which is very, very frustating, because it was a genuine registration of a real bill I had in my hands)
6. the support team applied my request .......... and moderated the resulting single hit "Sweden-Andorra"
7. I was a bit desappointed for the third user as I didn't know if he really found the bill or if he was a "friend" of vibeuf
