"dewinck" entering small series of notes including some Duisenberg :note-20: H/M notes which are very rare these days. Also a hit in series with a :note-5: S/S . Did he have the notes in his hand? I think it's smelly!

Not a first offender since he lost his notes before on the 8th of June.

User J-P VL writes in the comments "GEBRUIKT", i.e. 'used'. How come he got allegedly used notes with consecutive numbers? That's especially suspicious when you know that the only uncirculated/consecutive fivers available in :flag-be: are Z/Zs.
