Interesting info! Never seen unc coin rolls with coins from another EU country! Probably interesting for collectors.

Pretty logical, actually, that the Dutch 1c and 2c coins are being exported to
countries that need more 1c and 2c coins. Since we have decided to round
the prices to 5 cents, we need much less of those coins.

today I went to the machine again and I got some more of these rolls, and also two original rolls from the Austrian mint, among a lot of German 2004 F rolls. I thought the Austrian coins had only been brought to Germany by supermarkets, but now the bank also has them.
And the German rolls have the packing date stamped on them, Aug/Sep 2004, so they still mint new coins here.
