How comes the dot maps shows different values than "my cities"? The dot map for Europe tells me I have 28 dots, the world wide tells me I have 22 dots- but I have 32 cities. Is it if the cities are to close together so they will be joined on the map?

Dots and cities shouldn't be confused together. A dot is a somewhat 30x50 kilometers (not sure if I remember the correct size) area, which can contain anything from zero to several cities.

In this listing dots are the only value that counts.
