I have 2 of them now, and both are like just minted. And i have got both of them from lemonade automat which is located to place where i work (in north-west Helsinki).

Luxembourg 2€

Also, I have 1 cent coins (2004) from the Netherlands and Germany, I think. I'm currently not home so I can't go check if this is correct.
