Incorrect dots and inaccuracies among city profiles

If you know how many cities i have in the profile of Nettetal or Emmerich.

Altough Hong Kong is not a separate country, it seems logic to me that it is treated as one. I was there in 2006 and when entering Hong Kong from China, they
have border control (even got a stamp in my pasport), they have their own currency and a very good health system.

But if it's a country in EBT or not, I don't really mind. Officially it's a part of China. On the other hand, Taiwan is also a part of China, but the Taiwanese people see it
as a independent country.

Is there another ground where currency, access restriction for foreigner peoples, system of address, laws, position of drivers are not similar to those used in the "Mainland" (as called here) ?

If you refer to Macao, It never exist on EBT.
If you refer to Tawaïn it's already consider as a separate entity.
Hong Kong was consider as a country on EBT and now part of China (it was always a specific area of China since €uro currency appears)

So why not have the same system ?
Should not Chinese regions become a priority (after € zone) to have these three area on Chinese specific region ?

Saint-Frion, a little commune of 177 inhabitants, lies 45.864722°N, 2.229167° E, according to wikipedia. Even if I did get my note a little more to the east, as I was in the lieu-dit le Pradeau, north of Pontcharraud, which lies 45.8765173 N, 2.258636 E, according to Google Earth.
