About the stain-resistance of Europa notes: I received a new which was stained on the front, the stain went away just using a rubber; though I think that also the stain's nature plays a role.

The new TENners are coming !!!!

Thanks to a tweet by the Belgian National Bank (NBB), I've read the new will be announced on 13th January 2014 and will be released later that year.
Because the brochures will be sent in late June, I think we'll see the notes starting July/August.

I think, there won't be as much new information as with the introduction of the new fivers .

I think I read somewhere that Poland will print euros (their national printer meets all necessary standards) but as far as I know there hasn't been any official announcement or fixed date about that yet.That's why they've got their own letter.

Seems the ECB removed that info. Then again, in less than a week we will lean more details anyway. The "unveiling ceremony" of the new €10 note starts at 11.00 h (CET) on Monday. It should be available as a live broadcast at both the main ECB site and the New Banknotes site ...
