My scannes is broken or something so i have try to make it with Paint..:

Does anyone know what it is/means?

If anyone wanna see it how it is on the 100, i will make a picture from the bill

Well, look in earleir pages... it is probably a stamp from a non-European money exchange to "prove" the validity of this

. Especially the fact that it is on a high denomination note justifies this thought.
