2) there are several cities summarised in the same profile ...

So far we agree on merging city profiles of Bohinjsko jezero and Ribčev Laz (to the latter city). We also agree on the issue of "Bohinj" (described before).

I think I also understand the point Sarebt makes about alpine huts & pastures. I totally agree that city profiles should be merged (in discussed cases this means: one city profile for villages/cities and alpine huts; and only one dot per city profile as well). Also average dot should be assigned to them as far as city profiles/reports are concerned. I have no problem with that ). Actually I don't see any other way.

Another thing is the GPS for the specific "note reports". These are shown as "locations" and not "cities" in the map. I asked for entering the gps locations for my notes of various alpine huts & pastures. See this:

Like the case of "Vogel". Its location is different to "Ukanc" (in "note report" section). To state the obvious again: "Vogel" doesn't have any city profile, since its profile is correctly merged with Ukanc. Yet note entered in Vogel has different location as one from Ukanc ("note report"). In order to prove this I'm uploading my map of my EBT profile (zoomed in) with shown "Locations" /not "Cities"/ (in the map Ukanc is on the west side of the lake, Vogel is already marked).

b.t.w.: to savesigita: if you knew the old (road? or mule track) from Trebinje to Herceg Novi and see how much millions of tons of rock have been displaced to build the new one, you'll understand that toll : I guess it was not possible for both governements to finance the project only by themselves - it's still a secondary road, although it's very usefull - and surely organized a partnership "public funds-private funds" => the toll becomes necessary to pay back the "loan" of the private money !!

Like the case of "Vogel". Its location is different to "Ukanc" (in "note report" section).

Yes it is, but why?
That is not as obvious as it maybe seems. See the quote from Nerzhul that I made in my previous post. It is the same "city" (both places are in Ukanc), it has the same postalcode (4265) and it is in the same country (Slovenia). So one location. Just as it would be if someone adds the streetaddress to the cityname, that also shouldn't give separate locations.
If I enter a note that I get in Ljubljana Rudnik (1000) that should give me a coordinate in Ljubljana Center, even though that is 4km away from where I got the note. But it's not a wrong coordinate.

I wanted to see, how many notes were entered in Reutte (Tirol, Austria). Than I noticed there're two city-profiles called Reutte: Reutte and Reutte/Tirol

As the profile of Reutte is already assigned in the city-manager and Reutte/Tirol is only used by one user, I want to ask to merge the last profile into Reutte.
It looks like, there's only one Reutte in Austria, so you don't need the "Tirol" in the name of the city-profile.
Allthough, if that's the official name of the city, it might be an idea to rename the remaining city-profile.

my san gregorio is a part (frazione) of reggio calabria city (this is a province too)..the red dot in the map is vibo valentia or catanzaro province

I have notes in San Gregorio. When I entered them, I asked for a separate profile since this thing assigned it to the Italian one . And like that one, is actually a part (Barrio rural, but still counts as a separate village) of Zaragoza.
