with the helo of some EBT members here, I only need a Portugese 5c and 1c to finish my collection, apart from some 2€ CC. The Cypriot ones I bought, though.svendowney wrote:I can agree with these coins here.... it took me a very long time to find certain coins. Portugal 2€ took forever, and so did one and two cents Ireland and Finland (I had to trade for them) but for some reason I have found four or five 5 cent Finland.... strange

€ 2
1, 2 and 5 cents
and of course
1, 2 and 5 cents
So these are my hardest to find ones, I probably should go on a holiday there sometime
hardest to find coins

Interestingly enough, I just got a Finnish 10c coin as a change in Berlin, after being here only for three weeks. I have not gotten any Greek, Irish, Portuguese or even Belgian coins, but I did get a Finnish one. Funny
(though, it could be one of the 40€ of Finnish coins I used here right after my arrival, but of course that would be very unlikely).
I wasn't really expecting such find to happen - I thought I'd get my first Slovenian coin far more likely. But that I've still never seen..

After 15 months since we have the euro here in Slovenia, I have already had coins from all of the euro countries (except the new ones, Malty and Cyprus...) Most of them were either German, Austrian or Italian. Very few Finnish, Irish and Portuguese, though... I've only seen 2 portuguese coins, a 1 euro coin and a 50c.
