I don't have gay friends, but that's just coincidence... I don't think many people of my generation (born in '79) have problems with homosexuality.

I have no gay friends either and I am hetero.

As a student I lived in a living community; and one of the guys was gay. Gee, he was one of the funniest, finest and most honest guys I ever met. He never concealed his orientation and the best jokes about gays I know I have from him. We had had lots of fun but always respected the orientation of the other one.

Weird was it however, when some years earlier a gay guy fell in love with me and tried everything to win me round. Some of his tactics were simply ridiculous and it took quite some time until he got it that there was absolutely no sense in trying to "rearrange" me.

No one of my friends has ever told me that they are heterosexual, so I don't know if I have hetero-friends :!: :!:

I have been asked several times if I am homosexual, but I'm not. I don't know why people so often think that I wouldn't be quite heterosexual. Maybe it's that I always attack quite strongly against people that have something against homosexuality. (sorry homophobes)

One of my best friends told me six months ago that she is lesbian. Now she has a great girlfriend - one of the most beautiful women in the Northern Finland. I also have some gay/lesbian friends who never talked about their sexuality because they know I had aldready noticed that.

I know gay people, but that's no surprise, being gay myself. I happen to
have a lesbian sister, and at my student fraternity I have met some gay
people as well.

Or:
  • You have lots of music from ABBA, The Village People, Modern Talking and other disco hits in your playlist.
  • You are very good looking (photo please! :P ).
  • You have some feminine characteristics (f.e. you have a high, 'silk-like' voice, you like shopping, you like candy, etc.).

I can imagine gay people liking you, because you are vain, good-looking
and attentive. :!:

This happened to me once. Somebody from my student fraternity tried to
seduce me, but I rejected him, because I found him too feminine, but most
of all because I didn't trust him - I had the feeling he was an STI walking around.
He replied by telling me I was the first man ever to have rejected him, I
wasn't gay at all and I pretended to be gay because - according to him -
other people brainwashed me. The morning after he apologized for this.

That reminds me of a quote, but I can't remember who said it...
