If someone want to stay for a longer period (friday-monday ... or something), 3 people can stay at my place (6 if 3 of them want to sleep in my -clean and cosy- cellar) .
Herentals - Brussels = 1 hour by train and 7€ one way. Herentals railway station - my home is 5 min. walking.
Verviers is about 1h15 away by car or something like 1h30 that by train. And if someone comes by Thalys from Köln don't forget to look at Verviers as the train goes through my city, you can almost see my friend's shop.

1. Timing. When will we meet?
2. Planning. What will we do?
3. Rules. What will we do with hits that are created on that day. Believe me, it will happen.
4. Newsletter.
Come on guys and girls... give us some idea's start with!!!
That would be really nice, my friends and I have planned to come if that occurs. And if she can't come I will go by train.
Well I suppose my parents would accept that someone about my age (14-15-16) would stay here for the meeting if we knew him kind of well. And yeah I know there aren't many as young users as me...

Sorry, Goldwood, although you are an active and well respected EBT-member, I can't allow you to take part in the EBT-Meeting event. The minimum age for this event will be 18 years old. You must be an adult. You can only join us if you have parental guidance. Brussels is a too dangerous place to wander of on your own. Not any participating members, nor I can take responsability for that. I'm sorry.
Note: This agelimit must be mentioned in the newsletter
Yeah I understand, I didn't think about that. At least my post wasn't useless, you have a new rule . I hope too that there will be a report for ppl that aren't able or allowed to come.
Maybe my friend will come, she's more than 18. Anyway I'm gonna slowly give her the account and stop registering notes by myself, I suppose that will be more normal.

Maybe I live on a different planet, but is an agelimit of 18 not a little bit ridiculous? Isn' it quite normal for young people to travel alone, if their parents let them?

So I could have room for 4 extra persons. I'll be heading home the same day.
If you go, I would like to drive with you, because else I would have to pay for
the international train to Brussels, and because I am a student I am not very
rich... Besides, I am living very close to you.

1. Brussels is a dangerous place for minors to wander aroound I know I worked and studied in Brussels.
2. Belgian pubs/restaurants are forbidden for minors without parental guidance
Well maybe some places are dangerous but I suppose you won't make that meeting in the slums .
And I have never noticed a restaurant or café forbidden to minor in Belgium! I haven't been much with friends in Bruxelles but we had no problem. And here in Wallonia (yeah that's another planet I know), I've never seen that either!
So anyway I definitely won't come...

I agree with Ernst here, because among us there will be several adult people
to look out for young people like goldwood. And it doesn't matter how old you
ARE, but how old you look like! For example, when I was 18, I once got into a
discotheque with an age minimum of 24 years!
Goldwood, how old do you look like? Could you ask several people to esti-
mate how old you are? They will only ask for your ID when there is doubt.

But I won't ask, because I won't come, that's normal, it's his meeting so I just have to conform, I can't come if some people think "damn, what is he doing here?"
