A bill registered in Helsinki makes it to Ireland and then is brought back to Helsinki by an EBTer.

Presumably she/he got the bill on board from a stewardess. I assume that most of the bills you give to a stewardess of Finnair will travel back to Finland. So this hit is not so surprising.
