Leiden, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris, ..., ... . If time permits, I will go everywhere. Leiden is okay with me and moreover, it is 23 years ago I have last been to the Netherlands.

Helsinki Finland
Leiden The Netherlands

I think Tampre is easier for people who are going by plane.

I have been surfing around, and from Holland there is no direct
flight to Tampere. Helsinki would be better in that case.

Just kidding, I think it would be OK. But if I got to decide, it would be held in either Amsterdam, Frankfurt or Southern Europe in the EBT-desert. Ryanair offers flights to many places cheaply if you order the tickets early enough, are not too picky about the comfort and don't mind sleeping overnight to catch a "connecting" flight.
