@giberski: I specify in the comment field where I received the note and sometimes the condition of the note. Also I mention the Trichet signature from time to time.

Almost all of my notes has a comment (I has to checkout the accurate percentage). From my personal information:

We try to write into almost every note's comment field the LOCATION, where we got the bill, and its' CONDITION (see table below). This makes even local hits more interesting. Our bill information is about 90% accurate, but it's adjusted daily for better figures.

All conditions we use in comment field. The first one is the best condition and the last one is the worst.
# brand new
# new
# worn
# wrinkled
# badly worn
# badly wrinkled
# wrinkled and worn
# badly wrinkled and worn
# badly worn and wrinkled
# almost destroyed
# nothing = bill is in normal condition

We also mention in the comment field if the bill is dirty, ripped, taped or has anything special worth mentioning. We think this makes hits more interesting. There has been also some conversation about our use of brand new in our comment. We use the term to tell that the note is in very good shape and it'll stay long time in the circulation. The term doesn't mean only uncirculated notes for us.

I think writing a comment is nice thing for other users as well. And I try to be as nice as I can.

I counted my comments self

, and there was no comment in 505 notes, so notes with comments-amount is 530. (1035 entered).
So comment-percent is 51.21%
Nowadays I write almost every my note a comment, but in early days I usually didn't write nothing. (About 300 first notes, one had comment

)

Since the beginning, i use the comment field to add information about the bills. This is the result!

Bills registered : 3565

290 different comments
3467 bills with comments - 97.25%

The notes i don't add a comment are usually entered via WAP (when I don't have time to write it).

And 68,34% of my notes have a comment, but on the early notes I never added a comment, now I do enter a commen 80% of the times about location and condition of the €-note.

I entred so far 1261 in total, and only 33 of them without comment (all except 3 are when i started with ebt) ! This makes 97,38% with comment. My comments include a closer hint where i got the note, the condition if bad and if applicable Trichet signature.

(Not sure if it's that interesting from me, as I've entered so few notes....)

198 notes from 214 have comments (92.5%), with 66 different comments (although many are variations on the same thing: "From foreign exchange", "From airport foreign exchange", etc.). The most common is "Uncirculated" (21 times).
