hm ...after reading finally ALL the messages here (..took some hours - maybe I should congratulate me ?? 
) I have some thoughts, questions ... ideas
first CONGRATUALTIONS to all the birthdays I've missed...
congratulations especially to Jabosa2 cause she wrote here almost all the time during the last years ... others joined in , some disappeared ... some came back
it doesn't seem to be updated frequently (sorry Ralf .... I can understand you also have other things to do) .. I even think it's years sometimes ...and still people post their birthdays between the congratulations ...
some say they wrote "pm's" twice ... there is still a long list at the end of the first page .. and others are not even entered there...
some changed their nicknames meanwhile and some don't know that (is it possible to make a "link" somehow which "changes names automatically" somehow?)
and some seem to have lost interest anyway .. (what about something like "not active for ..." behind the names - ... so people would know the person is 'currently not posting ... ... and how about automatic emails which tell those people about having had some congrats in here or asking them if they still want to be on that list ::: ?)
pfff sounds like a lot of work I know
well - any way ... I'm not in that list yet just like some others and as it might take still (sorry Ralf again) some time I say once more : my birthday is on the 16 September ..
