Well, I cannot exclude that some Ido speaker has marked the note but I don't think this one as the most probable hypothesis.

In piedmontese dialect "POVR' OMM" means "poor man" and since this note was found in Piedmont I see this last as the most accurate translation.

i think....this word: "povr'omm" is napoletano dialect! ( traslate in english: man's poor!)
