The stamp on the :note-50: sais 'AB Vilniaus Bankas' - I think it is some Bank in Vilnius, Lithuania - unfortunatly they are not tracking their notes...
One Currency, one Union, one Eurobilltracker...
My dots are of the same order as 10.

the last one is the logo of the Autogrill company in Italy.

But.... the logo says 'Autogrill España' (Spain) and 'Oiartzun'. Oiartzun is a basque city. There are some Autogrill restaurants (and hotels) on the spanish highways. And one of them in Oiartzun:

In EuroZone Europe, "LOOMIS" (an armored car company) has operations in France, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Spain and Portugal. Since I'm in Vienna, and this note comes from the Netherlands, I'm going to assume it got the stamp in Austria.

The text is not clearly visible. I can only read a dollar-sign and "...SERVICIOS".
A picture of a similar stamp was on the Italian part of this forum

On my website Bank notes with sign of euro-dollar-pound are some more pictures of euro notes with a dollar-sign.
