That's not as easy. The parent city is the real :flag-nl: Groningen, but I can't edit any mistaken notes and their data.

Only two persons can change the flag : the user involved (Wimpy)...and avij.

I see that Groningen has now the correct flag, But wonder whether Wimpy was really in Groningen, but that is not my problem.

To correct this misinformation, support folks also have the technical possibility to change this.
