16 Euros for a single train ticket to Vienna from the airport is indeed expensive.
If you Phaseolus want to pay for that, that's fine. It is also good of you to mention the price of the ticket here.
But it is only normal that people are looking for cheaper ways to get to their destination.
So don't get annoyed when people are trying to save a little money that you obviously have plenty of.

Because I really need to know everything starting from the Big Bang (and 8-day ticket seems too good to be true), I have few questions. And yes, I did read Wienerlinen web pages...ErGo wrote:If you are a party of two peoples, who are travelling together, another option for you could be the The 8-day Climate Ticket! Simply punch one strip for each person in the group for one day (not 24 hours!).
Does this ticket cover u-bahn, s-bahn AND busses?
When we get into a bus does someone want to see our ticket?
"Simply punch twice" -If first one of the day is a bus, do we do "it" there or before stepping into the bus somewhere?
I have traintickets Vienna-Bratislava, do they need to be validated in andvance?
Thats all for now, I'm sure I'll get plenty more before our plain leaves tomorrow morning

yes, the machines for stamping are in buses usually in the middle, they have in most cases blue colour.Cinnamon wrote:"Simply punch twice" -If first one of the day is a bus, do we do "it" there or before stepping into the bus somewhere?
no, they will get stamped by a ticket-controller of the railway company, if they have the printed route on it.Cinnamon wrote:I have traintickets Vienna-Bratislava, do they need to be validated in andvance?
