Well, a little hotel in Rotterdam isn't very difficult to find.
Parking place for a car might be possible too (when you don't look in the city center).
A little hotel with parking space will be difficult.

Most of the little hotels are situated within the city center. Parking space there cost about 3-4 Euro's an hour. It's too expensive to most hotels to reserve here parking place for their customers, so I think they won't consider this (there might be an exception, but you'll have to pay a lot for it).

I think, you can consider two things:

Find a hotel outside the city center (or in a city/village next to Rotterdam). But it should near a (metro)station, to be able to be in time for the meeting.
If you don't mind, your car isn't parked next to the hotel, you can also park at one of the free parking areas and use public transport to go to your hotel. But you have to know, there's no guardiance at the parking places (only with cameras). So the question is: do you take a chance to leave your car unattended?

If you don't like either of them, maybe a bit bigger hotel has its own garage.

I have been looking at the airbnb options and some appear to be in areas where you can park your car without a permit.
