You could get a ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam (Ijmuiden) (Nederlands), Gothenburg (Sweden), Haugesund (Norway), Kristiansand (Norway),Stavanger (Norway), Bergen ( Norway)....

There are 14 stops ( included Monument and Whitley Bay)
They are : Monument, Manors, Byker, Chillingham Road, Walkergate, Wallsend, Hadrian Road, Howdon, Percy Main, Meadow Well, North Shields, Tynemouth, Cullercoats, Whitley Bay.

Centro Nacional de Exposições (National Exhibition Center)

This one is harder I think:

How many metro lines do I need to use to go from my home to the place where Expo '98 was held (now called Parque das Nações - that's not name of the station) using the shortest route possible (less stations)? And in what station(s) do I need to change lines?

If you need help, here's the name of the station closest to Parque das Nações (tell us if you used it):

You need to use three metro lines to go from your home to the place where Expo '98 was held... The blue line, the green line and the red line...
There are 25 station (included Pontinha and Oriente)... if you use the blue line, the yellow line and the red line there are 26 stations....

The stations where you need to change lines are Baixa-Chiado and Alameda...

Right! But you forgot the green line (if you use the yellow line, you have to use the green line too), but yes, the stations are 26 that way.
