Thank you Avij for spending such a lot of time for searching. Why does it take such a lot of time? Is this because of the fake notes?

The reason is that it takes quite a lot more time to figure out the x millionth note afterwards. Remember, we're counting individual notes, not note entries, so I can't just select the 13 millionth note entry from the database, but I (or rather the database) has to count which one was the 13 millionth new note that was inserted into the database. Sometimes I've prepared things so that the system captures the x millionth note automatically to a log when that happens, but this time there was no such system activated.
