I think it's the rarest I've found in circulation by now! To be honest, they gave me two ordinary 2€ coins as change, but I saw this one was next in the till and asked the teller to change it :D

The 2014 King Felipe VI's Succession to the Throne, Monday at the market. I also received an Estonian €2, the normal one, but still quite rare...

... when you bought milk? :mrgreen: Anyway, nice find! Also because this is basically a "continuation" of a familiar design: The cow was on the pre-euro (2 lati) circulation coins too.

It seems milk was purchased too :D Latvia minted 1 million 2€ cow coins, so considering its population less than 2 million people, it turns that one coin belongs less than to two Latvians. So, for local market it shouldn't be extremely rare. And as I live near Latvian border, soon or later these coins should arrive from the neighbours :)

2 euro tor spain exist only this version, the variation you refer exist in 2009 emu spain coin (big /small stars)
