EBTST - EBT stats tool

I suppose that downtime is due to the fact that dserrano is doing too good a job with his tool and more people join his site.

Which is why I'd love an offline/client version of his tool that I can run on my PC and save him the CPU cost...

EBTST doesn't know anything about zip codes or regions within Tunisia, that's why there's no detailed info on that.

If someone has the required knowledge, he/she can create a file in the style of NIG's codes-files and submit it to dserrano5.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about Tunesian postal codes.

Is EBTST out of service?

The server has a couple of stupid limitations and they won't let me know if upgrading the plan will be enough. They are technical issues and the people answering the phone only know about "x Gb RAM", ignoring the fact that there's a bunch of kinds of memory in play (e.g. memory for TCP buffers). So the app goes down from time to time—I eventually notice and restart it. I'm reticent to set up an auto restart lest I find myself kicked out of the server.

I found a bug, I inserted a note from Rutten(Flevoland) but i can't see it at places in Flevoland. But at the postal codes I can see that I inserted a note from Rutten.

There isn't enough information here for me to know what's happening exactly. You talking about the Regions section, right? What are you expecting to see?

The problem wasn't EBTST but on the ticket was the wrong postal code. I changed the postal code and now it is okay.
