Some city profiles in Slovenian municipality of Pesnica are subordinate to UE Pesnica, some to UE Maribor (Pernica, Gačnik, Dolnja Počehova, Dragučova). Is that OK?

Most likely that's OK.
For example a part of the village Rošpoh belongs to the municipality Maribor (UE Maribor), the second part to Kungota (UE Pesnica).
I will check them.
