Got this "death note" on Friday, 13.11.2009 in Stotternheim. The message written with a pen is "This will be your death". I wrote with a pencil "www.eurobilltracker.com will not kill you." on the border.

I don't understand very well what there's written

It seems to be "B NAPO_" , a scribbling to "cut" Banco di Napoli.
So, likely it was the first note of a bundle to deposit in a Banco di Napoli account.

Anyways, today I found another one, this time an Italian , in horrible conditions, which was not a hit.
