I managed to find an ATM in Sweden giving out Euros in a place that was not yet known. Please add.
Sala to the Database. It's a town and municipality in Västmanlands län, according to Wikipedia in 59° 55′ 0″ N, 16° 36′ 0″ E.

Ciutat del Vaticà (Vatican City in catalan) appears as a different city, and should be merged with the main profile of Vatican City.
