Moreover, I would say, that some notes might be rare in some countries, while they appear very often in other ones (e.g.: I saw quite a lot of K/T Trichet when being in Venice in October 2013, but didn't find a lot of these at home in Germany).

R/J entered 5.883 notes and his EBTST say, that he entered 19 . Elmo entered 2.068 , so there is a small difference which enables Elmo to say, whether a is rare or rather not. I could not judge whether a is rare, as I didn't enter enough to have proof.
As both -R/J and Elmo- are Dutch trackers, however, the difference should just be in the number of notes being entered by the two users.
