my family is a bit complicated...
after my parents divorced my dad got 2 boys with a new wife whom refused to let me see them for years(i grew up at my mum). so i grew up as a single child although i had some (half) brothers. after she died my dad married again and he had another boy and my new stepmum (she`s five years younger than me
) already had a daughter (now she`s the first female child in the family. all my brothers and cousins are male. seems to be a dominant gene in our family
)
now the score is: 3 (half)brothers (25,22,almost4) and 1 (step)sister (11)

My family...
I have 4 big sisters, so I am the youngest (I'm a girl also). The eldest is 24 and I'm 19 years old. So the rest 3 sisters are between that.
It was weird growing up without any brothers, but with four sisters. But now my sisters are my bestfriends!

My (close) family has always been very small:
My mother and father, my sister (who is 2.5 years older than me) and me! Also, 1 grandmother still, who is 93 years old! But no aunts, uncles or cousins, as both parents had no (surviving) brothers or sisters.
And I should not forget my wife!
(no children of our own).
Me and my family really like researching our genealogy (http://www.genesconnected.co.uk) so I know the names of:
2/2 parents, 4/4 grandparents, 8/8 great-gransparents, 15/16 great-great-gransparents, 18/32 GGG grandparents, 4/64 GGGG grandparents, 4/128 GGGGG grandparents, 2/256 GGGGGG grandparents, 2/512 Gx7 grandparents, 2/1024 Gx8 grandparents, 2/2048 Gx9 grandparents and 2/4096 Gx10 grandparents!! (Going back to Robert and Alice Eyre, born in 1610 !!)
