Although Assen is the capitol of the province Drenthe, Netherlands; Emmen is the largest city of this province. Furthermore the railwayline from Emmen to the capitol of Overijssel, Zwolle is so special, because it has a train (the Railhopper), that only runs on that line and there are only 9 of them. Soon to be out of service.
