Hi my dear friends!!!

First of all you know you are very welcome to visit Barcelona

Angelino and I we need to close the list of participants, so you still have time for to confirm your visit till next 30th june. We need to close the visits, journeys and so...

Well at the moment this is the planning:

Friday: pre meeting in the "Barrio Gotico"

Saturday: Visit around the city with a guide, and we are going to try to visit one or two of our most famous Modernist buildings/areas of the city.

I also count that we need to prepare a place for to have the Association Meeting (Avij need to talk with you)

Sunday: we are preparing a visit to one "Cava" for to taste wine or cava, and of course try to get a new dot

Of course we can have as many pre meetings as needed and also post meetings. I'm going to have holidays between 14th and 25th (aprox)

Maybe I can also help with the visits to Andorra

Just booked a flight on Friday Bergamo -> Barcelona-El Prat, arriving 18:20. So I'll join you later in the course of that evening.

Flight back to Bergamo is on Monday evening.

Someone still looking for accomodation from Friday to Monday? Perhaps we can share a double room (or triple or...)

Hello! I just booked hotel and flights so that I'll be in Barcelona from Thursday the 15th of September (evening) to Monday the 19th of September (morning).

I've just started my summer vacation, and when I left the office, the presence/absence lists of September weren't available as of yet, so I couldn't reserve any extra days off around the meeting. I'll do my best to be there in Barcelona, but cannot confirm anything yet.

With "Barrio Gotico" you probably mean the part of town, don't you? Might like to know where to book a hotel to make sure that I am not too far away from the meeting place. Or which hotels did the other EBTers book?

It depends from many things, not the least from possible aftermeet in Andorra
