I also have the full 100%, but I just mention where I got them, and in a very few cases I also note where I spent them again as a kind of journey's diary. The very most of them anyway are not mine but Postbank's, so the most used comments are "day's takings" and "change".

2417 bills, 39 different comments, 1207 unused from Bundesbank and 39 which I sent on their last journey back to Bundesbank again.

85,95% of my bills (1046) have a comment.

I nowdays put long comments to notes that are somehow special, but at least something to all. 147 of my bill's don't have a comment and those are from my mom or class excursion savings which I'm taking to a bank. I intend to put a comment on those, if bill turns to be a hit.

NIG:

The most used note comments
1. - 147 (14,1 % of all notes) dead silence
2. auton ostoon nostettu, nordea, janka - 65 (6,2 % of all notes) from a bank to by a car
3. luokkaretkikassan raha - 56 (5,4 % of all notes) class excursion savings

The longest comment:
