Just a stupid question that may have been answered already : is the eurobilltracker-website ready for the new ?

I think not - today i was at the önb in vienna and got 40 new -> the shortcode s003j5 will not accepted

The site is ready and the first notes have already been entered.
Please select first the denomination and then the shortcode and serialnumber. It will work this way.
This has been done because only fivers are accepted as new series.

But since this is a new series we don't know everything yet. Please report to support when you run into problems.

Can you please tell us also the first 2 characters of the serialnumber?

It works eg. with N003J5, R003J5... - so all printercodes, which were used until today, but there was no printer "S" until now!

We like feedback like this. It helps us to see where the problems are.
I was just clarifying that we don't just sit back and wait, but that we are pro-active in handling with the new fivers.

That functionality can still be used.

shortcode s003j5 will not accepted

OK, they're accepted now. You may need to hit reload to get the new shortcode checking scripts. The problem was that I hadn't seen such S printer codes anywhere (or Europa banknotes with a serial number starting with S, for that matter) and I didn't want to let people enter invalid serial numbers. Now that those S/S notes are apparently in circulation, we can allow entering those as well.

I got a complete bundle from the Austrian Nationalbank and i entered only 1 note until now. But the rest will follow soon...

As it's perhaps a little bit difficult to spot the Europa banknotes from the stream of new note entries, this list (updated every minute) lists all the recently entered Europa banknotes. I'll most probably stop updating that page later today, though.
