Thanks for your reply. Just found out this is a problem with my Firefox webbrower because Internet Explorer shows me German flags as well. Firefox says the German flag graphic on the EBT server (http://www.eurobilltracker.net/img/flags/Germany.gif) contains errors and is therefore not displayed. Though I am still wondering why this problem only occurs with Firefox and only with NIG created pages and NOT on the EBT website

Try to reload the page with Shift-Ctrl-R, or press Shift and click the Reload icon.

I've got a question regarding the use of NIG to create statistics for the EBT forum like many users do in the POST YOUR STATISTICS HERE section:

How do you do this? NIG creates HTML code and the I only seem to be able to include BBCode in this forum? It must be a hell of a lot of work to convert HTML to BBC manually. So how can I do that easier?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

NIG also creates BBCode, just copy-paste the data that is shown in your NIG-programm, which appears in the screen which also welcomes you and says "ready to serve" after you created your statistics!

The new NIG makes stats into severalHTML files. They can be viewed by your browser and you can link there from this forum. This is the most popular way.

When NIG generates your stats there is also the BBcode versio in the large windows (if I recall right). You could copy&paste some parts from this straight to the forum.

There are also other programs for generating stats. Those give you easily the BBcode.

Hi,

just a little question, I don't know if this has been asked before...

Lately, I remarked that there are two lines on the generated Trivia Page that give the longest comment of the hitpartner, like this:

Hit Partners' most used comment: (dead silence) (3)
Hit Partners' longest comment: (dead silence)
Hit Partners' longest comment: (dead silence)
Percentage of different hit partners: 100,0 % (3/3*100)

Is there any difference between these lines? Or any other deeper meaning?

@grob-e This is gone changed if you have a hit where you or you hitpartner has put a command by the note (Sorry for the late reply)

For over a month I'm missing my specification of the provinces. I only can see a specification of my Finnisch hit see http://home.wanadoo.nl/wlk/Burdie_hitsbyloc.html

I think I know where the problem is, but I can't solve it. Mayby someone has an Idea.

While starting up NIG I get an error messesage Unable to insert a line
The lines that he gives are:

Loaded ***** notes
Loaded *** hit notes
Satement: I'm ready to serve. Master Burdie
Version 1.45 (15.01.2006)

I know I have an old computer and I'm still using windows ME but it I could see the provinces before

I have tryed to use earlier versions of NIG but I was getting the same results

I hope someone can help me to solve this

Make a new folder and make a new NIG in there. Make sure you copy the nig_settings.dat into the new folder.

The problem is that NIG sometimes makes the html-statistics in the wrong folder. And in that folder there are no countryfiles with which it can make those province-stats.

I've even tried to start up totaly with a blanco setting. Also the same result

Please copy the content of this file to germany_codes.txt. Then you will see, how many bills you have entered in the Landkreise und Kreisfreie Städte of Nordrhein-Westfalen.

I'm planning to do this for every Bundesland. The next one will be Rheinland-Palz...

I have a problem. When I'm trying to run NIG 1453 i get a signal while I want to create statistics and this says : CSS file is missing.

what should I do???

You haven't extracted all files from the nig1453.zip, missing one is nigstats.css as error message implies.
