He doesn't get restrictions, because he looks like entering correctly nowadays. And now he makes this "mistake".
So he'll loose the good thoughts about him.

bjoern794 found a huge series of printed in Portugal.
The only suspicious thing is that Portugal never printed and most were printed in 2002, it would be very hard to find a series in 2011.
Could it be a typo? Could it be instead? Anyone know it these were pooled in Germany?
