From the catenary mast you see and the "vietato attraversare i binari" signs, I also say Italy.
Possibly the Brenner Line?
Is it the 1st FYRA Albatross on its way to Velim for testing?

@ portaonze: it was certainly not the first FYRA train because this photo was taken in August, 2010. One month earlier I had already seen a FYRA train in

Leuven and that one was probably the first in Belgium. I was extremely lucky to enter the train

And extremely lucky to see it moving!

At the moment, most of these trains are standing still at the Watergraafsmeer train yard in Amsterdam.
