We have merged the wrong Antwerpen (Duffel) with the Antwerpen (Antwerpen). This has not solved the problem with this hit, but that is because Ananasius entered a wrong location.
The given location Antwerpen is more important than the postal code. So the bill will be added to Antwerpen and not Duffel.
Locations that have wrong postal codes will not get coordinates. That is the reason why the hitline will stay wrong. But we believe that this a local hit so the 0 kilometres distance appears to be correct.

We hope that Ananasius changes the location of his bill(s) so that the problem is finally solved.

these two notes were entered from Valka, Latvia... but in the comment is written that they were taken in Valga, Estonia (as also the word "baar" suggests!), maybe a location mistake?

PS Valka and Valga used to be one city in Soviet times, but now they are on the borderline one in front of the other!

As far as I know, although the mistake is clear, no correction will be applied if the user is not asking for it.
