Hit is moderated.
But there are not enough proofs for a deletion of notes until now, maybe it was only a typo by one of the users or a reverse hit. But i will keep an eye on him.

Should be moderated I guess, or even better, merge their accounts because they have a lot of hits together.

Don´t see anything suspicous here. After seeing that he has some consecutive numbers he started the entering modus again with the professional modus with fixed short code and fixed first 8 numbers. Thats much faster than copy and paste :D

what's wrong ?
That 1 note of the consecutive series was entered together with other notes, and the rest of the series were entered after a break.
Ok, that could happen, but it is worth a check.
