W-EBTM 2014 (March 15+16) Lisbon: Important Reminder

Hey,

Since there are new members coming to our official Eurobilltrackermeeting, I would like to remind you to the following.

The meeting is not to get hits with eachother. Those hits will be moderated as uninteresting meetinghits.

So please do mind next guidelines:

* Bring only 5 euronotes or coins to the meeting
* If you pay your share of the cost, pay it as much as you can in 5 euro notes or coins. The organisers will not enter them in EBT, so they will not get moderated
* If you spend money during the meeting (to get lunch, drink, ...) consider also using 5-ers.
* The notes you receive on the days of the event, should always get "W-EBTM2014 Lisbon" in the commentfield.

And a tip of a "diehard" meetingexpert

* Don't go changing your money in banks near the meetingpoints, chances are enormous that another ebt-member already been there before you. And the resulting hits will be moderated to uninteresting.

And I hope they will stay in Portugal! And not like Barcelona and Rotterdam that they all take by another Tracker and he brings them to other countries....

I couldn't agree more! It is so frustrating when you are following the rules and bring fivers to the meeting - hoping that they'll stay in the country of the meeting - and then another tracker pays with a larger note, only to get some "exotic" notes.

It is always good to remind people about this Meeting hits are not interesting. But surely I hope to get some real hits from there. And don't worry, we will not use banks near-by and actually have a plan to travel bit around for dot hunting (and being an tourists), so banks will be found there, if we go any (hmm yea, we will do, if I decide).

It is every day life to avoid uninterested hits with me and Lizbeth as we live in same house, but we have learned many tricks to do it right (well, we have asked ourselves few notes to be moderated as those doesn't interest us or anybody else... never again)
